Returns:

McAllistter abides by a seven days return and refund policy. In case you are not satisfied with the product please initiate a return and refund process withing seven days from the receipt of the product. Any delay post this seven day period no products shall be eligible for returns and refunds at all.

Being a growing business, we request you to kindly make a video while opening the parcel as a proof of the parcel being delivered to you in proper condition. This shall help us to gain confidence in our courier partner and help us serve you better in case of any damages caused to the product.

The product needs to be unused with all its tags intact, packaging and invoice in order for it to pass the quality check at our warehouse to qualify for a refund. Products received in used condition with broken tags and missing invoice do not qualify for refunds.

We initiate the refunds within 3 working of us receiving the product in our Warehouse.

For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source.

For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via a Razorpay Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted to return. Please enter the correct details in the link and choose the mode of accepting payment. For COD orders please note that the return is chargable at cost charged by the courier service. 

For Wallet orders: Refund will be done back to the wallet. Please note that wallet refunds cannot be done to any other payment source in line with RBI guidelines.

RBP Corporation reserves the right to make amends to this policy at its discretion and the same shall pe applicable on every product sold from the date of such amendment.
