Shipping and Order handling time:

Orders at McAllistter are usually processed within 15 business days. Some products, such as pre-orders and customised jewellery, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately.

Shipping Charges for International Orders:

Shipping Charges are generally free if not otherwise mentioned on the product page. However, in case of returns the cost of shipping may be deducted by us.

Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. However, if you're asked to pay any additional amounts on delivery, please reach out to care@mcallistter.com

Currently, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards and UPI.

International Order Cancellation:

Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.

Returns:

You can return your jewellery within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please send the product, packaging and invoice to the below address:

Once Quality Check is complete, you shall receive a refund within 15 days after adjusting any applicable fees and duties.
